Fresh Ideas Student and Young Professionals Poster Session

All poster session participants get a free registration to the entire conference! Here are some important dates:

  • Students can set up at 1pm or after on Wednesday, October 10th
  • Judging will take place on Friday, October 12th at 9:45am
  • Announcement of the winner is Friday at Awards/Closing Luncheon
  • Students can participate throughout the entire conference (Wed. through Friday)

Special Students and Young Professionals Day - Friday!

Friday is the day where the Intermountain Section celebrates Young Professionals and Students. Here’s your chance to network with your peers, students, employers, and AWWA leaders. Special functions include the Membership Breakfast, Fresh Ideas Poster Session, a meet and greet reception, the closing luncheon/banquet, plus great technical sessions.

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 30 days before the event.

  • After the deadline the attendee can designate another person to attend in their place.  This will result in a $25 service fee.

  • Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $75 service fee.

  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

  • Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

  • All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

  • Refund requests must include the name of the attendee.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
